Public Speaking

În viziunea mea, discursul public (public speaking) reprezintă “înotul” disciplinelor sociale, întrucât exersează numeroase abilităţi şi solicită cunoştinţe din mai multe domenii de expertiză, precum: gestiunea emoțiilor și tehnici de autoreglare, dicţie, comunicare nonverbală, elemente de psihologie a comunicării, tehnici teatrale, tehnici de persuasiune și influențare și multe altele.

Capacitatea noastră de a comunica public, fie că vorbim despre discursuri sau prezentări, față în față sau online, este indispensabilă în lumea în care trăim astăzi.

Pentru că de fluența, coerența și persuasiunea cuvintelor noastre depind atât atenția pe care o putem capta și menține, dar și tracțiunea pe care o putem mobiliza în jurul inițiativelor și eforturilor noastre.
